We boast one of the most comprehensive and largest
wine menus in Utah and hold a full resort liquor
license, allowing us to accommodate all your beverage
needs.
The restaurant offers regional American-European cuisine,
highlighted by direct-from-garden vegetables, herbs
and spices, prepared by or Executive Chef and his professinal team. It is the recipient of the Platinum
International Fine Restaurant Award. It is
open Monday through Saturday for breakfast, served
as an American-European customized order-off-menu and buffet,
and for lunch. Evening dining is also served Monday
through Saturday and is a highlight event to many
