Over 4,000 square feet of flexible conference space can be set to all specifications. State of the art audio-visual equipment, including plasma screens, the latest multi-media innovations, flat screen televisions, DVD and VCR players, and access to high speed wireless internet are all immediately accessible. Staging, lighting and other equipment can be arranged with advance notice.

Atrium. Our largest meeting and banquet room, this bright room is adorned by plenty of windows, with black-out options, a fireplace, redwood floors, French doors that open to a deck, high vaulted ceilings, a foot tall stage in the corner near a private turret, and a bar and break area in the back. Staff can unobtrusively enter in the back to refresh breaks and assist without being seen. Views overlook a championship golf course and the picturesque Heber Valley. Overflow is available by using the adjoining deck and Creekside room.

The Highland. Perfect for smaller, more intimate groups, the Highland has high vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, and a turret with numerous windows overlooking the golf course with valley views. All windows can be blacked out. A large fireplace and wood trim with faux painted walls keeps the room elegant yet comfortable. Five channel surround sound, a 42 inch plasma screen, a 35 inch flat screen television, VCR and 5 disc DVD player are already placed in the room for your audio-visual needs. Beverage service and breaks are available at the entrance near the French doors.

Creekside. A charming, French Bistro-style room with marbled floors, textured walls, and extra lighting, this room is excellent for any midsize to larger group banquet or meeting. It is located next to the Atrium and has immediate access to the deck. There are numerous windows on the East side of the room, a gas fireplace, and dried flower arrangements on the walls.

Turret. Named by its architecture, the Turret has a very similar layout to the Highland Room except it does not have vaulted ceilings. It is ideal for smaller, more intimate groups, particularly break-out sessions. It has a large, open fireplace, many windows, and French doors that open to the Lobby. Availability may be limited to day functions, as it is commonly used for our restaurant dining in the evenings.

Pavilion. Ideal for any outdoor event to accommodate all sizes of groups, this covered area is adjacent to the Homestead Golf Course, Hole #13, with spectacular views of the mountains, separated by natural hot spring ponds and cattails. A charming wooden gazebo is located nearby for wedding ceremonies, announcements, and entertainment.
